Hair removal is a never ending job which takes a lot of time and patience. We all do it, men and women, it’s just a matter of finding the best and most efficient hair removal products and/or equipment.
Hair Removal
The quickest and easiest hair removal technique is probably shaving. It only takes a few minutes to shave but you’ll need to do it every day or maybe every other day depending on how fast your hair grows. Of course this means you’ll want a quality razor which allows you to replace the razor blades. This is the best way to get a close shave without cutting yourself. Electric shavers are a good option too.
We all know the benefits of waxing – long lasting hair removal which grows back finer. Yes, it can hurt, but you get used to it pretty quickly. The other negative is you have to let your hair grow for a couple of weeks before waxing again so you might not want to show your legs/underarms during that time. However, waxing is a very popular option and it’s quite affordable and you can do it in the privacy of your own home.
Epilators have a similar effect as waxing but you don’t have to wait for the hair to grow long before using your epilator machine. These are good for the underarm and bikini area but less effective on the legs and you never end up with really smooth legs, in my experience.
Laser hair removal. I have recently started using an at home laser hair removal system. These are brilliant and even though the hair removal may not be completely permanent, a large portion of hair doesn’t grow back and you can have long term, smooth legs, bikini, underarms, and wherever else you’d like. Of course, laser systems are more expensive than shaving or waxing but can work out to be similarly priced in the long term.
