Keeping it Simple

Fitness doesn’t have to be complicated. Simple body weight exercises done on a consistent basis can usually yield the results you are looking for. This video shows a 60 year old guy who’s workouts consist of pushups, pullups and tricep dips. Nothing more. He looks fantastic for his age.

I’m a big believer of working out just using your body weight. There’s no need to go to a gym or use expensive equipment and this guy is proof of that.
